My Personal Journey in Talent Search
My Personal Journey in Talent Search
I remember when I first started, thinking I could find the "perfect" writer with just one resume. How wrong I was. 😄
1. The first thing I learned to value was authentic language.
NOT: "Dear Sirs, I offer my services..."
YES: "Hi! I’m passionate about this field and am ready to tell your story in a fresh way."
2. The second thing — iGaming expertise. This includes:
• Understanding of iGaming specifics
• A unique tone-of-voice
• The ability to engage the reader
• Expertise, not just templates
3. And the most valuable indicator involves feedback. For me, the ideal writer:
• Doesn’t get defensive
• Quickly grasps the essence of feedback
• Sees opportunities for improvement
• Treats edits as a chance to grow
💡 Main Insight: People Matter More Than Resumes
Over the years, I’ve realized that talent isn’t just skills—it’s attitude. Energy, drive, and a desire to grow are what truly make a difference.
