Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Human-Assisted AI landing page and service (the “Service”) available at igamingtextlab.com/en/human-assisted-ai/. The Service is operated by Contenteam (Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Ahtri tn 12, 10151, Estonia). By signing up on client.igamingtextlab.com and using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms.

1. Age restrictions

The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By signing up, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Description of the Service

Human-Assisted AI is a multi-stage content production pipeline in which AI-generated text is overseen and edited by an experienced iGaming editor. We take your brief (requirements, keywords, GEO, language), carry out research, generation, editing and final QA, and deliver publish-ready content.

3. Sign-up and $40 starter credit

• New users receive $40 in credit on their internal balance upon sign-up, to be used for content services.
• This credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.
• It may only be used to pay for iGamingTextLab content services through the Service.
• We reserve the right to restrict or cancel the credit in case of suspected fraud, multiple accounts created by the same user or any other breach of these Terms.

4. Payments and balance

Content orders are paid from your internal balance, which consists of the $40 starter credit and any subsequent top-ups. The price of each text depends on word count, language, GEO and task complexity, and is shown before you confirm the order.

5. Content ownership

All rights to the finished text created under a fully paid order transfer to the client upon delivery. Until payment is made in full, the rights remain with iGamingTextLab / Contenteam.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We make every effort to fact-check and ensure the quality of the content; however, the client is responsible for the final review of the content before publication, including compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction, in particular gambling and advertising regulations. We are not liable for any indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
