96 Email Versions Rebuilt Across 8 Markets Without Delaying the Campaign
A UK casino brand sent iGamingTextLab a series of localized Christmas emails for proofreading.
→ ReadAn iGaming brand asked iGamingTextLab to proofread two casino blog articles localized for Egypt.

The drafts appeared clean in the original documents. Once transferred into the client’s CMS, mixed Arabic and English content began displaying incorrectly. A complete language and publishing review identified 240 issues, including 75 related to RTL formatting and CMS rendering.
Both articles were corrected, verified on test pages and published on schedule.
The client is an iGaming brand publishing casino content for the Egyptian market.
Its internal team had localized two English articles into Arabic and asked iGamingTextLab to proofread the completed drafts before publication.
The text looked correct in the working documents. The main display problems became visible after the articles were transferred into the CMS.
Arabic and English follow different writing directions. Arabic runs from right to left, while brand names, product names, numerals and some interface elements remain left to right.
When both directions appeared within the same paragraph, the CMS changed the order and spacing of individual elements. English brand names moved to the wrong position, spaces disappeared, numbers became detached from the words they modified and some sentences were difficult to read.
The CMS problems were only one part of the review. The native proofreader also found grammar, terminology, punctuation, style and localization issues in the Egyptian Arabic copy.
Across the two articles, iGamingTextLab recorded 240 corrections:
The client needed both articles corrected and verified in their final publishing environment without delaying the planned release.

The two articles were delivered as one publication batch.
The Arabic drafts required more than a visual formatting fix.
Some sentences followed the structure of the source too closely. Other passages needed changes to terminology, punctuation, tone and phrasing to sound natural for an Egyptian audience.
A native Arabic proofreader reviewed both articles line by line.
The review covered:
The proofreader recorded 165 linguistic and localization corrections across the two articles.
The Editor-in-Chief then reviewed the corrected copy and checked that the changes remained consistent across both texts.
Correcting the source documents did not guarantee that the articles would display properly after publication.
The combination of Arabic text, English brand names, numerals and CMS markup created direction conflicts that only appeared in the rendered version.
The team created test pages in the client’s CMS and reviewed the articles in their intended publishing environment.
The native proofreader and Editor-in-Chief:
This process identified and resolved 75 formatting and RTL issues that were not consistently visible in the original documents.
The final review covered both the language and the rendered pages rather than treating CMS verification as a separate technical step.

“The articles looked clean in the working documents, but the CMS revealed a different set of problems. Arabic text changed direction around English brand names, numerals and formatting tags, so we treated the rendered test pages as part of the proofreading process. That is where we found 75 of the 240 issues. Reviewing the language and the publishing environment together allowed us to deliver two pages that were both natural for the Egyptian audience and stable in the CMS.”
