→ ReadiGamingTextLab developed and managed a Telegram content strategy for the official channel of an established SEO company. The project combined editorial planning, expert-led content, visual direction and targeted promotion.

Within three months, the channel maintained an engagement rate of 17–19%, achieved an average post reach of 72% and generated four commercial leads and two partnership proposals. Its subscriber base also increased by 370%.
The client is an established SEO company with an official Russian-language Telegram channel.
Before the project began, the channel published approximately once a week. Its small subscriber base consisted mainly of company employees and people who already knew the business.
The company wanted to develop the channel into a recognizable source of SEO and digital marketing analysis for a wider professional audience.
The client had substantial industry expertise but lacked the editorial system required to turn that knowledge into a consistent Telegram product.
The channel needed a clear tone of voice, repeatable content formats, regular access to the company’s experts and a publishing schedule connected to current developments in SEO and digital marketing.
The project also required a visual identity and a paid distribution process. Content quality alone could not expand a channel whose existing audience was largely internal.
iGamingTextLab was responsible for strategy, content planning, editorial production, design coordination, advertising creatives and placement management. The system had to be launched and evaluated within three months.
5 posts per week:
Increasing the publication frequency required a sustainable process for finding topics, collecting expert input and producing posts in the company’s voice.
The channel also needed enough variety to cover daily industry developments while building a recognizable editorial identity over time.
The content marketer began with an analysis of active Russian-language Telegram channels covering SEO, affiliate marketing and iGaming.
The research examined:
The findings informed a Telegram editorial policy created by the content marketer and editor. It defined the channel’s tone of voice, key themes, post formats, structural principles and examples for the production team.
A designer then developed a visual lookbook with the channel’s fonts, colours and branded graphic elements. This gave news posts, long-form analysis and promotional materials a consistent visual identity.
The content marketer prepared monthly editorial plans and coordinated the complete workflow. Daily monitoring of the SEO information field supplied timely topics, while weekly briefings with the client provided company news, expert positions and practical observations.
Each week included three news-based or useful posts and two pieces focused on deeper analysis, industry expertise or personal brand content.
The editor checked clarity, factual accuracy, tone of voice and consistency with the editorial policy. The content marketer adapted upcoming plans based on current events, client priorities and TGStat performance data.
The channel’s existing audience was too small and internally concentrated to support broader industry visibility.
The promotion strategy needed to reach relevant Russian-speaking SEO professionals, affiliates, website owners and iGaming companies. Advertising also had to match the editorial style of the channel so that new readers understood what they would receive after subscribing.
The paid promotion specialist selected established Telegram channels with audiences relevant to the client’s services.
iGamingTextLab managed three placements per month. The advertising budget remained confidential under NDA.
Three native creatives were prepared each month and adapted to the context of the selected channels. The creatives introduced the client’s expertise through useful observations and recognizable industry problems, then directed interested readers to the Telegram channel.
TGStat was used to monitor subscriber growth, average post reach and engagement. The team reviewed the performance of both editorial and advertising formats and used the findings to adjust future content plans and creatives.
Organic distribution became an additional source of visibility. The first long-form analytical post was quoted by four SEO channels and prompted discussion in industry chats.

“Daily monitoring supplied timely topics, while the weekly briefings gave us the client’s position on those topics. That combination shaped the channel’s strongest posts. The first long-form analysis was quoted by four SEO channels and discussed in industry chats, giving us a clear reference point for future content. We continued building the editorial plans around current relevance, direct expert input and a consistent publishing rhythm.”
