From Zero to a 9-Market Content Operation: 38 of 60 Articles in Top 5
iGamingTextLab developed the content strategy and production system for an affiliate team launching simultaneously in 9 markets.
→ ReadiGamingTextLab built a multilingual content workflow that helped an SEO agency expand its coverage to 24 languages and maintain an average production volume of 500,000 words per month.

The client is a well-known SEO agency managing content for several iGaming projects.
Its collaboration with iGamingTextLab began in 2022 with English and French content for the United Kingdom, Canada, and France.
The agency first asked iGamingTextLab to expand the scope to five languages and then to ten. New requirements subsequently began arriving according to the needs of individual projects. Several languages could be added within one week, while some assignments came with lead times measured in hours rather than days.
At the time, iGamingTextLab did not have active teams for every requested language. The client also lacked the internal HR and editorial resources needed to find candidates, assess their tests, prepare them for individual projects, and manage production across multiple markets.
The growing workflow had to support an average of 500,000 words per month, including original and localized content: casino reviews, slot reviews, and gambling blog articles.
Ongoing production averaging approximately 500,000 words per month.
The client did not provide one fixed list of 24 languages at the beginning of the expansion. iGamingTextLab had to build additional teams while existing production continued.
For each new language, HR assessed between five and ten candidates. Most searches and tests were completed within 24–48 hours.
Mongolian, Turkmen, and Kyrgyz were more difficult to source. Building suitable teams for these languages took approximately two weeks.
Every approved language team included two writers and one native proofreader, providing both production capacity and backup coverage.
Native fluency alone did not confirm that a writer could research casino products, follow SEO requirements, or produce useful content for players.
Writers also needed to adapt to different project briefs, content types, markets, and editorial expectations.
Candidates completed a short test fragment covering the main skills required in production:
The test passed through editorial, SEO, and native-language review before a candidate was approved.
Each successful native writer then received a project brief, editorial guidelines, tone-of-voice requirements, market-specific terminology, examples of approved content, and quality-control checklists.
An experienced editor reviewed the writer’s initial articles section by section and provided personal feedback until the project requirements could be applied independently. Writers generally began project work within approximately three days after completing the assessment and onboarding procedures.
HR, editors, proofreaders, and the Editor-in-Chief shared test results and adjusted recruitment criteria based on the issues identified during review.
The agency managed several iGaming projects with different languages, formats, and audiences. Separate language teams needed to work within one production system without creating editorial bottlenecks.
At full capacity, the project involved 48 native writers, 24 native proofreaders, three editors, one Editor-in-Chief, and two HR specialists.
Every assignment followed the same main workflow:
A shared specialist database, standard tests, common checklists, and separate instructions for each market allowed the team to manage new language requests without rebuilding the production process each time.
This case presents operational results related to language coverage, team capacity, and production volume. Traffic, ranking, and revenue data were not provided.
“New language requests were arriving while production was already running, so HR and editorial could not operate as separate departments. Recruitment, test review, onboarding, and editorial feedback had to become one continuous process. That coordination allowed us to expand quickly without removing native review or lowering the assessment standards, even when Mongolian, Turkmen, and Kyrgyz required longer searches.”
